Personally I found that the series Confessions of Georgia Nicholson was annoying. I was displeased with the fact that there was no plot and that if you didn't understand one of her made up words or word from her home. England, you were to look in the glossary. This got fairly tricky. Unfortunately I had to read three of her books for a school project, so I could not drop them. I would steer clear of these books.
